The Pharmacy is well stocked with the latest and most effective drugs, as well as the tried and true ones in use for years. Controlled substances are kept in an AAHA-approved double-locked special security cabinet, requring special clearance and recordkeeping just to unlock.

The Lab is equipped with machines for bloodwork on the spot, as well as a binocular microscope for examining skin scrapings, ear swabs, urine and fecal samples. Another even more powerful microscope is used for cytology, slides, and special studies. The Pack Preparation Area has both an ultrasonic cleaner as well as a scrub sink and first-rate autoclave. There is plenty of storage to hold all the special instruments for the wide variety of surgeries that we do. This area has a washer/dryer pair that is used only for surgical gowns and drapes.
